Frontier Foundry is an Austin, TX based holding company that builds, acquires, and operates founder-led businesses. Since early 2024 we’ve completed three exits — a ranch-services company we founded from scratch, an exterior-services franchise we built and sold in a transaction exceeding $1 million, and a headwear brand we carved out of a larger purchase and sold at roughly a 5× return on invested capital.

The one we held onto is Deer Camp Digital. We conceived it inside Frontier, spun it out in mid-2024, and it reached a seven-figure annual run rate in under 18 months. It is now the marketing and technology partner behind every company we own — and it is the reason the model repeats.
